The committee conducts Faculty welfare programmes, looks into the functioning of the teacher’s mutual fund, LIC pension scheme, addresses grievances of Faculty members, holds bereavements and condolences meets and organises and manages Farewell programmes for retired staff members and Jubilee celebrations of the College and staff members.
